HANDSTAND

This is a picture clip of month two of learning more yoga handstand using the wall as a prop while learning to control my hips and leg movements. As I learn to control my core, hopping while lifting one leg at a time in the right position helped my core grow stronger. It hasn't been easy but I enjoy the benefits of learning yoga movements and handstand positions to strengthening my arms, shoulders, and wrist. Yoga increases the blood flow and energizes the mind while increasing confidence and focus. Although it seems easy, this is one challenge that I've been working on since the beginning of January. Learning to hold my pose building strong shoulders and arms. In the picture below I'm learning to build my upper body strength - Yogi me
